Owner and pizza lover Kyle Boyce opened Manhattan NY Pizza in the spring of 2009, with a vision of "taking back the pie". Too many places use frozen dough, mass manufactured "one size fits all" sauce, and frozen ingredients delivered in huge bulks. They rely on standardized recipes and turn out a pie that is consistent - but lacking imagination. Kyle is an artist at heart - and he's taking back the pie - and putting love and imagination into every pizza he makes. If you don't see it on our menu, ask him to create one for you. If we like it, we'll name it after you and put it on the menu. We use only the freshest ingredients, make our dough and sauce daily. We serve HALAL meats.
